Your main roles and responsibilities

• Manage a team of five HR Payroll & Admin Specialists on a professional and disciplinary level and be responsible for their further development

• As a Playing Captain, you will not only be strategically involved in management tasks, but will also play an active role in operational payroll accounting

• Assume overall responsibility for monthly payroll accounting, preparing the monthly and annual financial statements as well as personnel administration and master data management

• Draw up employment contracts, references and additional agreements

• Be responsible for optimising and standardising HR administration processes as well as creating and developing HR guidelines 

• Ensure high data quality in the HR system and promote the digitalisation and automation of processes

You are just right for this role if

• you have specialised education (payroll accounting), several years of professional experience and experience in a managerial position

• you have sound knowledge of labour and social security law and experience with the BMD NTCS programme

• you are creative and innovative and are enthusiastic about designing modern and efficient HR and payroll processes

• you are confident in direct dialogue with managers up to the executive board and convince with a positive mindset and a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach

• you are a communicative personality, have an attentive attitude towards your team and promote team spirit
