Payroll Specialist

Your main roles and responsibilities

• Take responsibility in the monthly payroll accounting process

• Coordinate and process all business transactions from onboarding to offboarding of our employees

• Manage our time recording system and personnel administration, including master data management

• Create periodic analyses and reports

• Act as the central point of contact for employees and managers for questions relating to labour, social security and payroll tax law

• Actively participate in HR projects on payroll-related topics

You are just right for this role if

• you have completed a commercial apprenticeship including relevant professional experience

• you have already successfully passed the payroll accounting exam (WIFI or similar)

• you have sound knowledge of labour, tax and social security law and have ideally already worked with BMD/NTCS

• team spirit, empathy and strong communication skills are just as important to you as they are to us

• an independent, service-oriented and precise way of working defines you

• you have a good knowledge of written and spoken English
