Sales | Project Manager

Your main roles and responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from initial contact to successful completion

• Manage service offerings and deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction

• Set time and quality targets in projects

• Become part of an international team and work and communicate with colleagues and sales partners from all over the world

• Create well thought-out bid strategies in cooperation with the Business Development and Technical Sales team to contribute to the company success

• Develop long-term and strategic customer relationships in an industrial and international environment

You are just right for this role if

• you have completed a business or technical education in the electronic/mechatronic field 

• you have a basic understanding of commercial contract terms and experience in negotiating sales contracts

• you already have experience in the service business and are no stranger to SaaS

• you like to keep an overview and enjoy organising several projects

• you are a proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach and enjoy a working environment in which self-initiative and independent work are practised

• you find it easy to communicate in German and English

• you would like to travel to other countries and get to know people and cultures (approx. 20% of the annual working time)
