Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Organise and manage all agendas in the front office desk in our office in Schärding
  • Be the interface to our locations in St. Marienkirchen and Vienna, as well as to external service providers
  • Process and distribute emails, as well as incoming and outgoing mails
  • Welcome visitors and organise their stay
  • Organise and supervise events in our office in Schärding
  • Take care of facility management issues
  • Be the first point of contact at the office in Schärding

 

You are just right for this role if

  • you have completed a commercial apprenticeship

  • you have ideally already gained experience in office management / reception

  • you enjoy communicating in English

  • you are confident in using MS Office programmes

  • you enjoy working in a structured and independent manner

  • flexibility is important to you and you would describe yourself as a reliable and friendly person

  • you enjoy working in a team, are actively involved in collaboration and stay calm in stressful situations
