Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Creation of concepts for our production systems to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes

  • Setting up an industrial engineering team at our production facility in India in close cooperation with local colleagues

  • Responsibility for the personnel management and development of our Industrial Engineering team in Austria

  • Development of layouts and design of workstations

  • Planning, procurement and commissioning of production systems

  • Monitoring plant support and carrying out maintenance work

  • Conception and realisation of plant training and instructions 

 

You are just right for this role if

  • you have a solid technical education and several years of professional experience in the field of industrial engineering

  • you have already gained some first experience in leading a team

  • ideally you are familiar with SAP

  • you are characterised by your proactive and solution-oriented way of working and your hands-on mentality

  • you are open for business trips and intercultural exchange

  • you find it easy to communicate in both German and English
